Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Civil Engineering Background)

Handle customer queries related to civil engineering products/services via calls, emails, or chats
Provide accurate product information and technical support to customers
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
Coordinate with internal teams (sales/technical) for issue resolution
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are met Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Civil Engineering
Good product knowledge related to civil/construction materials or services
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Customer-oriented mindset
