Responsibilities

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, support, or related role preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software/CRM tools.
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
