Job Description

We are looking for a

Customer Support Agent

to join our team and help deliver an excellent experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will be friendly, patient, and committed to solving customer issues efficiently.

Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Troubleshoot problems and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when needed. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. Contribute to improving customer support processes and overall satisfaction.

Requirements



Previous experience in customer service, support, or related role preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software/CRM tools. High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
