About the Role



Working Panda is hiring

International Voice Support Executives

for one of our global client processes.
In this full-time, office-based role, you will handle inbound customer calls from international customers, resolving queries, assisting with billing or service-related issues, and ensuring a seamless support experience.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound international voice calls in a professional and empathetic manner Provide accurate resolutions for customer billing, account, and service-related issues Document interactions in CRM systems with attention to detail Follow standard operating procedures, compliance, and quality benchmarks Meet performance goals including CSAT, AHT, and Quality metrics

Eligibility Criteria



Educational Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream) Experience: Fresher (< 12 months) Experienced (12-23 months) Senior (24+ months) Strong command over

spoken English

(international voice proficiency required) Comfortable with

night shifts

and

rotational week-offs

Basic computer and CRM handling skills

Compensation Structure

:
For freshers, the annual CTC ranges between

?2.6 to ?3.0 LPA

, with an in-hand salary of approximately

?21,000 to ?22,000 per month

during the training period.

For candidates with 12 to 23 months of experience, the annual CTC falls between

?3.5 to ?4.0 LPA

, offering a monthly take-home salary of

?25,000 to ?26,000

during training.

For senior professionals with more than 2 years of experience, the annual package is in the range of

?4.25 to ?4.75 LPA

, providing an in-hand amount of around

?30,000 to ?32,000 per month

.

Work Mode & Shifts



5 working days per week | 2 rotational week offs US rotational shifts (including night hours)

Work From Office - Electronic City, Bengaluru

Two-way cab facility available
