Customer Support Agent

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner Provide accurate information about products and services Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Follow company policies and quality standards

Qualification:

Graduation.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
