Customer Support Agent

to join our growing support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner Provide accurate information about products and services Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Follow company policies and quality standards

Graduation.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
