Handle and respond to customer queries and concerns via Instagram and other social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Provide support for customer inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, and returns.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Manage after-sales service by following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and problem resolution.
Monitor and escalate critical issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
Contribute to improving overall customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior 1-2 years experience in customer service or social media handling is preferred.
