Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Multilingual Customer Service Executive proficient in Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam. The successful candidate will handle customer queries, provide product/service information, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience across multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Multilingual Communication:

Assist customers in Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam. Translate customer service scripts and documents as required. Maintain clear and effective communication with customers from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution and escalate unresolved issues to higher management.

Documentation and Reporting:

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Prepare detailed reports on customer feedback, queries, and resolutions.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the customer service team to ensure consistent service delivery. Share insights and feedback with the team to improve the overall customer service process.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role. Proven experience in handling multi-language communication is preferred.

Skills:

Fluency in Tamil, English, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam (both written and spoken). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).

Personal Attributes:



High level of patience and empathy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer service.

Work Environment:



This position may require working in shifts, including weekends and holidays. A fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential.
