We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Support & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries and providing general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues, escalations, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide product/service information and troubleshoot basic problems
Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant teams
Administrative Support:
Manage office correspondence (emails, mailings, and phone messages)
Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Qualifications & Skills
Graduation
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization, time-management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
0-1 year in customer service or administrative support
