Customer Support Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
Provide accurate product/service information and guide customers through solutions.
Record and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to service quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in customer service, support, or a similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English [and local language, if applicable].
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling phone, email, and chat support.
Knowledge of customer support best practices and KPIs.
Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
