Job Role :
We are looking for a high-performing
Customer Success - Expert
with strong experience in Prospecting & Outreach, LinkedIn marketing, IT lead generation, and freelancing platform bidding. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, excellent at Client Acquisition, and capable of building long-term relationships that contribute to overall Revenue Growth. Knowledge of Customer Success practices such as Customer Journey Mapping, Issue Resolution, and Retention & Renewals will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends across various global regions.
Perform consistent
prospecting & outreach
through bidding platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PPH, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc
Use LinkedIn to engage with decision-makers and build strong
networking & relationship-building
pipelines.
Generate high-quality leads and convert them into opportunities to support sustained
revenue growth
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Manage end-to-end
client acquisition
activities including communication, requirement gathering, and solution pitching.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with an emphasis on
customer relationship management
.
Handle queries professionally, resolve concerns, and assist with
issue resolution & escalation handling
when needed. Contribute to increasing
retention & renewals
by maintaining positive and continuous client engagement.
Sales Strategy, Negotiation & Closing
Create compelling proposals, PPTs, and customized business pitches based on client needs.
Lead
deal negotiation
, address objections, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare and deliver strong presentations showcasing the value of the companyaEUR(TM)s IT/digital services
Support clients throughout the onboarding process using
customer journey mapping
best practices.
Help maintain
SLA management
standards and assist with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) when interacting with repeat clients.
Maintain regular touchpoints to ensure smooth service delivery and satisfaction.
Pipeline, Reporting & Performance
Keep CRM updated with all conversations, follow-ups, proposals, and deal stages.
Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and ongoing discussions.
Provide concise weekly and monthly reports, highlighting achievements toward
3 Years - 5 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting & outreach, and bidding on freelancing platforms.
Proven expertise in LinkedIn lead generation using Sales Navigator.
Excellent communication, proposal writing, and sales pitching skills
Strong understanding of IT services including SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, Content, and Social Media Marketing.
Ability to convert cold leads into warm prospects and close deals confidently.
Knowledge of customer success concepts like issue handling, retention, and relationship management is a plus
Strong organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree preferred; fluency in additional languages will be an advantage.
