About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connecting with the clients and resolving their queries on time through calls, chats, email remote desk, etc.
2. Resolving tickets generated by the clients for their technical requests and problems to maintain productivity
3. Keeping tracking the user tickets and resolutions
4. Assisting with a variety of internal projects aimed at improving the product and user experience for our customers and/or improving the efficiency of the team

Required Skills:

1. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Must have a problem-solving and process-improving mindset
4. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS would be an added advantage
5. Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) and Google Suite
6. Typing speed of 35 words per minute
