Position Overview - We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Success Executive to join our Thermo Adhesives Business team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of thermo adhesive products and applications. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within our Thermo Adhesives Business.

What You Will Do
xefx83xbc Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
xefx83xbc New Account Registration: Process customer registration through Forms.
xefx83xbc Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns.
xefx83xbc Making and Sending Quotations: Prepare quotations for required articles and services.
xefx83xbc New Lead Generation: Communicate with leads to arranging meetings and secure new business opportunities.
xefx83xbc Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales coordination & operations.
xefx83xbc Repeat Business: Encourage and manage repeat customer sales.
xefx83xbc Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify additional sales opportunities.
xefx83xbc Lead Management: Generate and convert sales leads.
xefx83xbc Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively.
What We Expect of You
xefx83xbc Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
xefx83xbc 2-3 Years of Total & Relevant experience with Stability
