Job Role Description



We are seeking a

Customer Success Specialist

to join Exxat, a US-headquartered, self-funded leader in cloud-based Health Sciences education management. In this role, you will combine

product expertise and onboarding support

to help US-based clients fully leverage the Exxat platform. The ideal candidate will excel at guiding customers through onboarding, delivering interactive training, documenting processes, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer success.

Product Specialist Responsibilities:

Know-how about the Exxat application and provide guidance to help users leverage it fully. Knowledge of the disciplines served by Exxat. Participate in UAT activities for product feedback.

Onboarding Specialist Responsibilities:

Educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of Exxat products and services. Learn and adapt quickly to new products or updates to existing products. Document onboarding steps for future reference. Understand customer requirements, document them, coordinate with other onboarding/support teams, and track completion. Provide regular updates to the Customer Success Manager and Ops Lead(s). Conduct webinars. * Create/Update SOPs and help center documentation.
