to join our dynamic BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries and providing support through calls, emails, or chat. She should be well-spoken, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or live chat from customers.
Resolve queries related to products, services, orders, billing, or technical issues.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain customer records by updating account information in CRM systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Meet performance KPIs such as call quality, first call resolution (FCR), average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions.
Work in coordination with other team members to improve service efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any field.
0-2 years of experience in BPO/customer support (freshers are welcome).
Good command of English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Candidate:
Female candidates only (as per internal team balance/client requirement). Prior experience in voice, non-voice, or blended BPO processes is a plus.
