We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Success Executive
with strong
English communication skills
and proficiency in
MS Excel and Word
. The role involves supporting clients, resolving queries, ensuring satisfaction, and helping customers get the most value from our services or products.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers and address their inquiries promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Communicate clearly and professionally in
English
(verbal and written).
Provide product/service support and guide customers through the onboarding process.
Track customer issues and feedback, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records, updates, and reports using
MS Excel
.
Prepare and send reports, documentation, and communication using
MS Word
.
Assist in collecting feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience
in customer service, support, or client-facing roles.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
in English.
Proficient in
MS Excel and Word
for documentation and reporting.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
