Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls.
Provide accurate information about products/services, learning journey to customers.
Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate details.
Follow-up with customers to ensure resolution and course completion.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to customer service metrics.
Adhere to company policies, compliance, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate
in any discipline.
Prior experience in team handling, customer service, call centre, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language as per requirement).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
