Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Customer SuccessOfficers

to help customers in completing the course. Keep the customers engaged, resolve their queries, and ensure timely completion of course. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle outbound calls. Provide accurate information about products/services, learning journey to customers. Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate details. Follow-up with customers to ensure resolution and course completion. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to customer service metrics. Adhere to company policies, compliance, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate

in any discipline. Prior experience in team handling, customer service, call centre, or related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language as per requirement). Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Package:



CTC 3 lacs Attractive PLI & Bonus

Pay: Up to ?300,000.00 per year
