Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead, guide, and review the performance of the Customer Success team.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure prompt issue resolution and maintain a zero-complaint culture.
Training & SOPs:
Conduct training, performance reviews, and implement support SOPs.
Support Operations:
Oversee calls, emails, chats, and in-person support; ensure SLA compliance.
Reporting:
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports; provide insights from CRM data.
Requirements:
5-7 years in customer service (Retail/FMCG/E-commerce preferred).
Proven leadership and complaint resolution experience.
Strong CRM, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
