We are looking for a

Customer Success Manager

to join

Virtual Cyber Labs

, a cybersecurity edtech and technology company. The role involves managing day-to-day coordination, communication, and support tasks to ensure a smooth experience for students, vendors, and partners. The candidate will handle class management, reminders, vendor coordination, and basic marketing activities.

Responsibilities:



Coordinate with vendors and guest lecturers. Conduct regular feedback sessions with students. Manage class creation, scheduling, and reminders. Make sales and reminder calls. Send WhatsApp marketing messages using approved templates. Handle basic social media and daily coordination tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:



Recent graduate or fresher with a technical background. Good communication and coordination skills. Organized, punctual, and responsible in task management.

Note: This position is open only for female candidates.



Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
