About the Role



As a

Client Success Manager (CSM)

at Sticky Cards, you'll play a critical role in helping retailers successfully launch, adopt, and grow with our loyalty and communications platform. You'll work closely with retail teams across Canada and the U.S. to guide them through onboarding, educate them on best practices, and ensure they maximize value from Sticky's suite of SaaS tools.

This is a high-touch, relationship-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on customer education, problem-solving, and helping retail businesses scale.

Key Responsibilities



Own the onboarding journey:

Partner with Sales to understand client goals and ensure a smooth post-sale transition.

Educate and empower:

Train clients on Sticky Cards' loyalty tools, messaging features, integrations, and analytics dashboards.

Support product setup:

Guide customers through account setup, segment creation, digital pass issuance, and messaging workflows.

Be a trusted partner:

Build long-term relationships by proactively addressing questions, identifying opportunities for upsell/adoption, and sharing best practices.

Collaborate internally:

Work with Sales, Product, and Support to remove roadblocks and elevate the client experience.

Track success metrics:

Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) to log activity, track adoption KPIs, and report on client health.

Gather feedback:

Be the voice of the customer, sharing insights with the Product team to improve usability and experience.

What You Bring



2+ years of experience in

SaaS client success, onboarding, implementation, or account management

, ideally in retail tech or B2B software. Exceptional communication skills -- both written and verbal. Experience leading product walkthroughs, resolving issues, and coaching users on digital tools. Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage projects independently. A
