Alfa Laval is looking for a Customer Success Manager, A Team Manager to drive and manage a team to develop service business and Upgrade sales, repair Sales & Service Sales for High-Speed Separator, Decanter, and Thermal products.

Purpose:

  • Drive and implement Sales excellence
  • Drive Operation Excellence in Field Service Operation and Service Centers including One Service
  • Represent Alfa Laval as strategic and supportive partner for customer by analyzing customer application, processes and improvement areas.
  • The person should be responsible for HSS & Decanters, responsible for Business Development, Launch, Promotion, Technical support for Separation service (HSS & Decanters) as a Separation Expert, etc with a focus across all service segments to drive new Separation Service offerings like Service Agreements, Upgrades, connected services for profitable service sales growth by identifying market needs, potentials, gaps, competition, competitiveness, and market shares.
Performance Dimensions and Key Responsibilities:
  • Expert with Strong Technical knowledge of High-Speed separator and Decanter.
  • Driving Sustainable Service Solution like Energy & Utility saving upgrades, Capacity upgrades, etc.
  • Driving the Service Agreements, Upgrades, Connectivity & Condition Alert, Opex savings for all three products such as, HSS, Decanter and PHEs as a part of Servitization strategy and develop, Implement, secure business through various service offerings
  • Drive Service Excellence initiatives, develop lean process for service operation to develop and grow service Centre and field service process, develop Opex saving and TCO for products for growth of Service business
  • Drive & implement data driven Parts sales and support Service Business units through Market & Gap Analysis, IB & Potential Analysis.
  • New Service Product Development, Launch, Promotion & support implementation
  • Continuously analyze the installed base (IB) & accordingly develop a plan for enhancement of service business for allocated product for all segments
  • Implement customer focused service business plans aligned to respective segment (Process Industries, Food & water, Energy) strategies in each region across all India, Sri Lanka, Nepal & Bangladesh
  • Driving the Connected Services for Condition based Monitoring, Predictive maintenance for providing maximum uptime and optimizing maintenance cost.
Workplace & Reporting

The position is located at India Customer Center at Dapodi, Pimpri Chinchwad. The position reports to the Customer Sales Support Manager

What you can be?
  • A Graduate Engineer with 8-10 years of experience.
  • 2+ Years in managerial position in Sales /product Development/ Service Centre/Field service.
  • Knowledge of Lean and six sigma process.
  • Experienced in Excellence project execution.
  • High Speed Separator and Decanter Centrifuge expert
  • GPHE Knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office, any project tools
  • Power BI and other Tools
  • Analytical skills
