Key Responsibilities
? Conduct product training and demonstrations for customers through online and
offline sessions.
? Deliver clear and structured product presentations tailored to different customer
groups.
? Create and manage mailing lists for customers, institutions, and stakeholders.
? Review and analyze product usage reports to identify trends and improvement
opportunities.
? Design and execute email campaigns and mailers to increase product awareness and
usage.
? Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, support, and marketing.
? Collect customer feedback during training sessions and share insights for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Strong presentation and communication skills.
? Experience with online training tools (Meet, Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.).
? Basic understanding of usage analytics and reports.
? Experience in email communication and mailing list management.
? Ability to explain product features in a simple and user-friendly manner.
? Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Skills
? Experience in product training, customer success, or user engagement roles.
? Familiarity with email marketing tools.
? Experience working with institutional or B2B customers
? Knowledge of digital platforms or online products.
