Position Overview:

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager with strong expertise in organic contentmarketing and performance marketing to own client strategy, content planning, and on camera presentation support.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned to clientgoals. Orchestrate organic + paid campaigns with creative and performance teams. Create and/or guide content for reels, and support clients with on-camerapresentation and shoot coordination. Draft content for carousels, lead magnets, and landing pages. Report on performance, derive insights, and recommend optimizations. Maintain proactive communication, professionalism, and a positive, solution oriented attitude. Present strategies and results confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications/Business (or equivalent experience). 2-5 years in digital marketing, client success, or account management. Hands-on with organic strategies (social, content, SEO) and performancemarketing (Meta/Google ads, analytics, ROI). Excellent written & verbal communication; strong on-camera presentationskills. Proven copy skills across short & long form (social, landing pages, lead magnets). Analytical, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven; collaborative and proactive.
