The Mission
You aren't just "managing accounts." You are the guardian of the client's experience. From the moment a client finishes their design consultation to the moment they walk down the aisle (and beyond), you are their steady hand, their stylist's eye, and their brand advocate.
What You'll Actually Do
Be the "Hero" of the Journey:
You'll stay in touch with clients throughout the tailoring process, making sure they feel heard, excited, and relaxed about their upcoming event.
Capture the Magic:
You'll reach out to wedding photographers and videographers to get those "wow" shots of our clients. You'll sit down with happy grooms to film quick, authentic testimonial videos that capture their joy.
Close the Loop with Grace:
Handling payments in luxury is an art. You'll manage receivables with a soft touch--ensuring the business is taken care of while keeping the relationship warm and professional.
Create "Delight" Moments:
Whether it's sending a congratulatory note on their wedding day or remembering a client's favorite drink for their next visit, you'll find small ways to make a massive impact.
