Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Manager with a strong background in recruitment or HR tech. This individual will be the voice of the customer inside our organization--ensuring our clients get maximum value from our product, while building lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the talent acquisition landscape with exceptional communication and relationship management skills to delight customers, ensure adoption, and contribute to retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-onboarding, ensuring a smooth and successful experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's recruitment processes, goals, and success metrics, and align our solutions to meet them.
- Drive product adoption and engagement through training, check-ins, and strategic reviews.
- Act as a trusted advisor and recruitment tech expert, offering insights on best practices, new features, and optimization opportunities.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and work closely with the sales team to execute them.
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to customer issues or escalations, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Monitor account health, track usage and satisfaction metrics, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders - from recruiters and HR heads to business leaders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Recruitment Operations, preferably in an HR tech or SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, ATS systems, or HR workflows.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving client success and retention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Ability to manage multiple clients with a sense of urgency and prioritization.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
