About the Role



We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Customer Success Manager

to manage international client relationships within the creative, advertising, or design industry. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless project delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships through strategic thinking, creative understanding, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on deliverables. Understand client goals, brands, and creative needs to deliver impactful solutions. Manage project timelines, expectations, and cross-functional coordination. Build strong, trust-based client relationships focused on value creation. Lead client presentations, meetings, and performance reviews. Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or growth. Collaborate with internal creative and operational teams for high-quality delivery.

Qualifications



5-10 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success within a creative, advertising, or design setup. Proven experience working with international clients. Strong understanding of creative processes, digital marketing, and brand communication. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
