About the Role
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary partner for key international clients primarily in the US, UK, Australia and India. Your role will focus on managing client relationships, understanding business KPIs through data analysis, and driving client success and retention with a strong business-first mindset. This role requires excellent communication skills and an openness to learn about performance marketing. Prior ads experience is a plus but not mandatory.
