We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (Female) to build strong relationships with our clients, ensure their satisfaction, and drive long-term engagement. The role involves managing client accounts, understanding their business needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and support.
Onboard new clients and provide training/guidance for successful product/service adoption.
Build strong relationships to increase customer loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.
Address customer queries, issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
Monitor customer usage, identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling, and support account growth.
Collect client feedback and share insights to improve services, processes, and overall customer experience.
Prepare regular reports on account health, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Positive attitude, empathy, and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
