Delhi, NCR | Full-time, Office-based | Direct report to Business Head
We seek a dynamic female professional with high energy and exceptional communication skills to join as Customer Success Manager. Based in Delhi, you will serve as the primary customer management and communication lead, ensuring client satisfaction, traveling for on-site meetings, and supporting sales in deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, managing all communications and relationship building.
Lead customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Travel to customer sites (domestic) for business reviews, troubleshooting, and relationship-building meetings.
Support sales team with customer demonstrations, presentations, and insights to help close high-value deals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, support, product) to resolve customer issues and deliver solutions.
Track customer health metrics, identify expansion opportunities, and escalate issues directly to Business Head.
Build long-term client partnerships through proactive communication, problem-solving, and consistent follow-up.
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years in customer success, account management, or client relationship roles (IT/hardware/services preferred).
Outstanding verbal/written communication; excels at client presentations, negotiations, and relationship management.
High energy, proactive approach, and comfort with frequent customer travel and fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining exceptional service levels.
Bachelor's degree (Engineering/MBA/B.Com preferred); customer success certifications a plus.
Delhi/NCR based or willing to relocate; own vehicle preferred for local client visits.
