. This role combines lead handling, client servicing, follow-ups, order coordination, and revenue generation while ensuring a smooth premium experience for every Chhapai client.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, calls, website, walk-ins, and social platforms
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable design, print, and gifting solutions
Prepare quotations, follow up consistently, and close deals
Upsell and cross-sell products (cards, packaging, hampers, corporate gifting, stationery, etc.)
Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
CRM & Client Management
Maintain complete client data, communication history, and order details in CRM
Act as the main point of contact for clients from inquiry to post-delivery
Build long-term relationships for repeat orders and referrals
Handle client concerns, changes, and feedback professionally
Internal Coordination
Brief design team with accurate client requirements and timelines
Coordinate with production team to ensure correct specs, quality, and delivery schedules
Track approvals, revisions, and production status
Ensure error-free handover between sales, design, and factory teams
Order Tracking & Reporting
Track order progress, pending payments, approvals, and dispatches
Share regular updates with clients
Maintain sales, follow-up, and conversion reports
Assist management with insights on customer trends and opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years experience in sales, CRM, or client servicing
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Ability to sell premium products confidently
Highly organized with attention to detail
Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email
Target-driven mindset with customer-first approach
