Job Description

Key Objectives of the role

1. Champion and drive customer centricity by leading all post-sales activities

2. Driving customer retention rate of 90% (By Volume) and revenue base growth (upsell/cross- sell) of 35%

3. Provide superior customer service, placing importance on brand experience, customer engagement and satisfaction

4. Mapping the customer organization, understanding the pulse of the customer and sharing insights with Sales Team to drive strategic conversations

5. Drive revenue growth through product and services on the Rubix ARMS platform

What a typical work week will look like?

1. Managing seamless customer onboarding experience.

2. Manage and measure platform usage for all customers and increase and improve their experience

3. Promoting customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy by understanding customer's unique

(And evolving) needs and delivering value

4. Interfacing with the customer with updated information on the status of Rubix deliverables

5. Proactively solving the customer's challenges

6. Interacting, communicating, and partnering with other teams within Rubix such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product teams for the flawless execution of projects

7. Aligning with cross-functional SPOCs to manage the set of deliverables on time and with zero-tolerance for quality defects

8. Driving important org-wide & team metrics, ensuring quality adherence, thereby championing customer centricity

What are we looking for?

Preferably a seasoned people leader with 5 - 8 years of experience in various customer facing roles

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

A self-starter with a proven ability to deliver results

Excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, and can execute and deliver successfully in situations where authority is not a given

A strong customer advocate with the ability and willingness to engage directly with customers at the CXO level

Data-driven and analytical. Adaptable to changing market and customer requirements

Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹714,473.85 - ₹1,267,550.75 per year

Work Location: In person
