Title : Customer Success Manager (Account Management l Client Relationship | US Staffing) Location: Noida Work Schedule: Onsite Shift Timings : EST Education: Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management or similar field Preferred: Degree in Engineering/IT/Biotech/Pharmacy/any specialized discipline is a big plus Customer Success Manager Role and responsibilities: Customer Success Manager will play a key role in driving Customer Success, optimization and upsell new staffing business opportunities for existing customers by qualifying and nurturing leads Responsible for managing a Client/Portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned Account or the portfolio of Accounts. Ensuring great client experience for existing customers Continuously improving customer experience Work closely with the delivery managers to ensure that the team understands the customer requirements, and is aligned.
