What You'll Be Doing:
Be the First Responder: You'll be the go-to person for Krvvy customers on WhatsApp, email, and social media DMs.
Problem-Solver: Answer questions about products, orders, shipping, and returns with efficiency and empathy.
Stay On-Brand: Keep it fun, engaging, and oh-so-Krvvy while assisting customers.
Team Player Energy: Work closely with our operations team to resolve order-related issues like a pro.
Feedback Detective: Gather customer insights and share them with the marketing and product teams.
Community Builder: Help foster positive relationships and build Krvvy's customer community.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills that make people feel heard (both written and verbal).
A people-first mindset with a "no problem is too big" attitude.
Multitasking skills.
I have a passion for fashion, body positivity, and making people feel amazing in their own skin.
