Key Responsibilities



Assist the SMBG Micro Team with client panel setups, configurations, and basic technical onboarding. Support client training sessions by explaining product features, workflows, and best practices. Coordinate with internal teams (Support, Tech, Ops) to ensure smooth onboarding and timely task closures. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client requirements and onboarding progress. Handle initial client queries under supervision while ensuring a high-quality client experience. Gradually take ownership of client accounts as you gain proficiency.

Future Growth Path



Upon demonstrating strong product understanding and effective client communication, the role will convert into

Account Manager - SMBG Micro Team

, with expanded responsibilities and direct client portfolio ownership.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications



Strong communication and presentation skills. Basic understanding of SaaS/tech products (training will be provided). Fast learner with strong attention to detail. Problem-solving mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
