Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Success Intern who will play a key role in ensuring our clients achieve their business goals using BusinessOnBot's solutions. You will act as a trusted product advisor, helping clients understand, adopt, and get the most out of our platform. This internship offers hands-on experience in client relationship management, product analytics, and customer engagement -- ideal for someone with strong communication skills, curiosity about SaaS products, enjoy talking to clients, and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a product advisor to clients, helping them achieve their business goals and success metrics.
Manage client relationships and set clear expectations to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Be goal-oriented and data-driven--track key success metrics like CSAT, NPS, adoption, and usage.
Analyze customer data to identify insights and improve the end-user experience.
Gather and convey product feedback and feature suggestions to the technical teams to help shape the product roadmap.
Educate clients on BusinessOnBot's Dashboard, reporting structures, and relevant platform features.
Skills and Qualifications:
Someone willing to work in the office for 6 months of duration
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing solutions.
Strong product thinking and curiosity about how tech products create impact.
Proven ability to negotiate and engage effectively with clients.
Demonstrates empathy and a deep understanding of customer perspectives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
