We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Success Intern
who is eager to learn and support customer relationship management activities. This role will provide hands-on exposure to customer interactions, onboarding processes, and success strategies while working closely with the Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Customer Success team in managing day-to-day customer interactions.
Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Respond to basic customer queries via email or calls under supervision.
Help maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
Assist in preparing reports related to customer engagement and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Learn and support
upselling and upgrade opportunities
through customer interactions.
Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
Good verbal and written communication skills
.
Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
