We are seeking a proactive and communicative intern to join our Customer Relations team as a Customer Experience & Feedback Intern. In this role, you will connect with customers to gather valuable feedback, maintain accurate data, and help shape meaningful improvements in our service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound feedback and review calls with customers.
Record and organize customer feedback systematically.
Analyze feedback to identify recurring issues and improvement areas.
Prepare reports and summaries highlighting customer satisfaction trends.
Ensure empathy, professionalism, and a positive tone in all interactions.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest or background in customer service or communication roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining records.
Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
