Key Responsibilities
Handle
customer queries
across voice and blended processes with professionalism and empathy.
Engage with clients from the Philippines process, ensuring cultural sensitivity and communication clarity.
Provide
first-level support
for client issues and escalate complex concerns where necessary.
Maintain high levels of
accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction
.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Manage daily shift responsibilities (7 AM - 3 PM) with punctuality and commitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills
(spoken and written).
Prior experience in
blended & voice processes
(international BPO/Philippines process preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to
handle pressure with a calm approach
.
Knowledge of/ability to communicate in
Filipino
(preferred, not mandatory).
Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
