Key Responsibilities
? Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loans and overdraft
products.
? Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements
clearly.
? Handle inbound queries and provide prompt and accurate solutions.
? Follow up with leads to ensure smooth application processing.
? Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
? Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, and sales) for smooth loan processing.
? Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to team performance goals.
? Requirements
? Minimum 6 months-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferably
in finance/loans).
? Excellent communication and convincing skills.
? Basic understanding of personal loans/overdraft products is an advantage.
? Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
? Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
