Role Overview



We are seeking a

Client Success Executive

who will be the bridge between our clients,

candidates, and product. This role is pivotal in ensuring clients derive maximum value from

ZekoAI's solutions, while also ensuring candidates experience a smooth and professional

interview journey. The role blends

client success, product operations, and candidate



support

Key Responsibilities



Client Success & Support



? Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding,

adoption, and ongoing support.

? Build and maintain strong client relationships, deeply understand their needs, and

proactively offer solutions.

? Drive end-to-end client satisfaction by resolving queries, addressing concerns, and

ensuring optimized use of ZekoAI products.

Candidate Experience & AI-Interview Operations



? Guide candidates through ZekoAI's AI-driven interview process, ensuring a seamless

and professional experience.

? Troubleshoot real-time candidate queries and technical issues.

Product & Operational Management



? Manage execution of AI interview workflows and platform functionalities.

? Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to report issues and

recommend workflow optimizations.

? Contribute to product enhancement by providing client and candidate feedback.

Coordination & Reporting



? Maintain detailed records of client interactions, candidate support, and operational

activities.

? Prepare and share regular reports on client success metrics, candidate experiences,

and operational efficiency.

Requirements



? Graduate (any discipline) with interest in Client Success or SaaS.

? Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

? Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.

? Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office.

? Willingness to work full-time from our Noida office.
