Role Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction with our XR products and services. You will act as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, providing support, guidance, and solutions to meet their needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique goals and challenges. Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our XR solutions and addressing any issues or concerns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Technical Support to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. Conduct regular check-ins, trainings, and Q&A sessions to educate clients on product features and best practices. Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and contribute to product enhancements and updates. Monitor key performance metrics and outcomes to track client satisfaction and success. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to client sites to monitor solution usage and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the XR, technology. Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
