Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement customer-centric solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Drive customer engagement initiatives to boost loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer service, client success, or a related role is a plus.
