Job Description

Ensure customer data in the CRM system is accurate and up-to-date. Use customer data to provide personalized support and improve customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Maintain clear communication with customers throughout their journey -- from onboarding to final handover. Work with internal teams to make sure customer needs are met smoothly. Share customer feedback and basic reports with management to improve services. Focus on delivering a great customer experience and building long-term relationships.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
