As a customer success executive, you shall be accountable for customer success and retention. You will be the critical bridge between our users and their health transformation journey. You will play a pivotal role in driving user engagement, retention, and success by providing personalized support, motivation, and strategic guidance to help individuals achieve their fitness and heart health goals.
Key Responsibilities
User Onboarding and Engagement
Deliver an exceptional first impression by providing comprehensive and empathetic onboarding for new users
Guide users through our app, ensuring a smooth and intuitive initial experience
Proactively reach out to users with personalized support, encouragement, and accountability strategies
Identify and address potential barriers or challenges users may encounter in their fitness journey
Data-Driven User Support
Analyze user data to uncover meaningful insights, trends, and personalized improvement opportunities
Develop and implement targeted strategies to enhance user engagement and goal achievement
Analyze user data to track user progress and success metrics
Collaborate with expert coaches to provide holistic, context-aware support
Customer Success
Ensure each user experiences a positive, supportive, and transformative journey with Netrin
Build strong, trust-based relationships that motivate users to maintain consistent health practices
Respond promptly and effectively to user inquiries, concerns, and feedback
Product Development Collaboration
Serve as a critical feedback conduit between users and our product development team
Gather and synthesize user insights to contribute to feature enhancements and new product innovations
Provide actionable recommendations based on user experience and data analysis
Required Qualifications
Any Bachelor's degree with a genuine passion for health, wellness, and heart-first lifestyle
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in health tech or fitness coaching experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse user groups
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Advanced empathy and active listening skills
Good with basic data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven startup environment
Certifications in exercise physiology, fitness, nutrition, or health coaching
Knowledge of heart health principles and holistic wellness strategies
Basic experience with data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel, Metabase
