We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to coordinate production workflows, communicate with clients, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of orders. This role focuses on KPI monitoring, issue resolution, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients regarding workflows, updates, and queries.
Create weekly reports and monitor KPIs like rejection rate and on-time delivery.
Monitor production status and ensure orders are delivered within the deadline.
Assist in onboarding new workflows and maintaining documentation.
Review quality issues and handle rework or escalation when required.
Coordinate with production, traffic, and quality teams to resolve issues.
Skills & Requirements
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
Experience in B2B client coordination or account management preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Office 365 / Google Workspace
knowledge in Photoshop.
Basic image editing skills.
* Working knowledge of reporting processes.
