The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new accounts,
and strengthening customer relationships in the medical devices and diagnostics sector.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, lab managers, and hospital decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions (CME & CNE, Hookup technician)
Manage distribution network and channel partners to ensure consistent business growth.
Responsible & accountable for inventory management, utilisation of devices and revenue generation.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback in the assigned location.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account development plans.
Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches, etc.,
Key Skills: Languages Known:
Hindi, Telugu, Tamil & English
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales / business development experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare products.
Strong understanding of dealers, lab technicians, hook up executives & other stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Engineering.
