We are Hiring for Customer Success Executive .
Experience Required: 1-3 years in client relationship management, customer success, or account management, preferably in B2B or service-driven sectors
Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
Additional Benefits: Travel allowance + Incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing SoCo clients (schools, corporates, colleges, hospitals).
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication regarding delivery commitments, updates, and issue resolution.
Closely coordinate with the Production and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of uniforms and supplies.
Regularly visit client locations within Coimbatore for relationship management and service follow-ups (local travel only).
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell SoCo's additional offerings to existing clients.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong relationship-building and client servicing mindset.
Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented work approach.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently within Coimbatore (two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory).
Self-motivated with a focus on meeting client expectations and ensuring timely delivery.
