Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:



Handle customer support emails, chats, and calls for Pan India. Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and delivery-related issues. Manage order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns. Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. Call abandoned customers, convince them, and drive sales (sales targets will be assigned). Work closely with the sales team and make outbound calls when required.

Preferred candidate profile:



Experience in customer support. Strong communication skills in English. Preferred Multilingual (Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu) Ability to handle complaints, escalations, and customer retention calls.
