, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes using our product or service. You will work proactively to build strong, long-term relationships, drive product adoption, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to grow customer value and retention.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
Understanding Customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Help customers understand new features or services and ensure effective adoption.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product and development teams to help drive improvements.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and work closely with the sales team.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Monitor customer usage and engagement data to identify risks or opportunities and take proactive steps.
Closing sales and achieving
sales target.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
