Requirements

Graduate/Undergraduate with 6+ months of voice/chat support experience preferred Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome Proven customer service or client-handling experience is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with adaptability to different customer types Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
