female Customer Success Executive

to manage relationships with both existing and new customers. The role involves handling customer queries, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

Existing Customer Handling

: Assist and support current customers, addressing their queries and concerns.

New Customer Handling

: Engage with potential customers, explain services, and onboard them effectively.

Business Expansion

: Identify opportunities to increase the customer base and drive sales growth. Conduct regular follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Work towards achieving sales and service targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements
