Job Description

We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers to join our team as Customer Success Executives. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to start their career in the e-commerce and customer service domain. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries using a ticketing system and working across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries through a ticketing system in a timely and professional manner Use multiple e-desk platforms to manage support tickets Assist customers related to e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, etc. Maintain basic data and reports using Excel or Google Sheets Ensure excellent customer handling and service experience Work in rotational shifts, with primary duties scheduled on weekends

Requirements:



Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a plus Good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude Willingness to work flexible hours, especially on weekends

Pay: Up to ?23,000.00 per month
